Bonded Forever currently ships its products nationwide (lower 48 only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii) at a flat rate of $15 per unit. This fee includes the packaging and UPS Ground S&H. Shipping times are estimated at 5-7 business days. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada, and want to inquire about expedited shipping rates, please email Customer Service at email@example.com.
You may return most new, unused items, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Bonded Forever will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please submit a picture of the product you wish to return so that we can determine if the product damage or flaw is a result of a production defect.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Bonded Forever takes great pride in the quality and durability of its merchandise. Bonded Forever jewelry should last for years and years with normal wear and tear. If your bracelet breaks within the first 90 days after purchase under normal use (i.e. your dog didn’t try to eat it), we will do a repair free of charge.
Please email Bonded Forever at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a repair authorization. Please include a picture of the damaged item, a detailed description of the damage, and a copy of your original receipt. Bonded Forever will look over the information that you provided in the repair authorization request to determine if a repair authorization is warranted or not. If permission for a repair authorization is granted, you must submit the jewelry for repair within 14 days after the repair authorization was sent to you via email.
